I had one of the most heartwarming customer service experiences at the Mufti store in Mall of Asia, Bangalore. I was trying out a few outfits, and without realizing it, I accidentally left my car key inside the trial room. Much later at night—around midnight—I discovered it missing. I contacted the mall’s lost and found, the manager, and finally managed to reach Virendra from Mufti.
What happened next truly reflects the humanity and dedication of this gentleman. Despite it being long past store hours and extremely inconvenient, Virendra personally came back, opened the store, and handed over my keys with a smile. He was polite, humble, and genuinely caring. He said something that stayed with me: “Sir, if we are not here to support each other, then who are there?”
